TERA เถระ

A story walked along a temple path

Made for Wat Pha Lat, a forest temple on the slopes of Doi Suthep, and performed 16–18 October 2020. The audience walks the temple path; the piece — drawn from The Cat Who Went to Heaven — moves through life, death and Buddhist rebirth with live music and projection.

Restaged at Selasar Sunaryo Art Space, Bandung, for the Sua TERASIA festival in January 2024.

For the thirtieth anniversary of the Lanna Wisdom School she directed the legend of Chao Luang Kham Daeng, the guardian spirit of the north, working with master Lanna performers alongside a younger generation. Thai PBS covered the production in November 2024.
