Round by round

No mystery, no hazing. Here is the whole hour, start to finish.

Arrive

Get there ten minutes early. We show you the space, the toilets, and where to leave your shoes.

Wrap

A coach wraps your hands the first time and teaches you how. Borrowed gloves are on us this month.

R3

Move

Skipping, shadow, and footwork to warm up. Copy the person in front of you. Nobody is watching you, promise.

Strike

Two strikes, held on pads by a coach. Jab and teep, step by step, until they feel like yours.

R5

Cool down

Light conditioning, a round of stretching, water, and a proper finish. You leave tired and grinning.
